1. UIDAI tops in resolving Public Grievances:
- According to the Grievance Redressal Index report, The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) topped among all Ministries/Departments for resolving Public Grievances.
- The new Customer Relationship Management solution of UIDAI was designed with advanced features which provide seamless service delivery to residents.

2. Digitalization of lending under the Kisan Credit Card Scheme:
- Launched by RBI
- A pilot project in Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
About Kisan Credit Card Scheme:
- Introduced in 1998.
- On the recommendation of the ‘R V Gupta’ Committee to provide advances for agricultural needs.
- It was prepared by NABARD.
- Participating institutions include all commercial banks, Regional Rural Banks and state co-operative banks.
- The scheme entails short-term credit for crops and term loans.

- For his services to Indian medicine, he was given the Dr.B.C. Roy Award for the year 1999.
4. Carnatic Vocalist T V Sankaranarayanan Passed away:
- Born in Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu
- He was an Indian Carnatic Vocalist known for his music that stems from the style of his guru, Madurai Mani Iyer.
- He received Padma Bhusan in 2003.
5. Arjun Erigaisi:
- He won the 28th Abu Dhabi Masters Chess Tournament 2022 held in Abu Dhabi.
- He defeated David Anton Guijarro (Spain) in the final round with 7.5 points.
6. India’s 1st Night Sky Sanctuary in Ladakh:
- It will be located within the Changthang Wildlife Sanctuary in Hanle, Ladakh.
- It will be one of the highest located sites for optical, infrared, and gamma-ray telescopes “boosting Astro Tourism in India”.

8. ‘SPARK’ Program:
- An initiative by the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS)

- The 24-hour channel, through its content, showcases the democratic ethos and the functioning of democratic institutions of the country with an aim to target national and international audiences.
