8. Vidya Rath – School on Wheels’ project:
- Launched by the Government of Assam
- This project aims at providing economically challenged underprivileged children to access elementary education for a period of 10 months.
- After 10 months, the children will be integrated into the conventional system of education.
9. Rashtriya Puraskar Portal:
- It is the first of its kind in the history of India to provide information about all awards to the public on a single digital platform.
- The information includes criteria, selection procedure, and details of past awardees.
- The portal allows every citizen and organization to nominate individuals and organizations for various categories of Awards instituted by the Government of India.
10. Pulitzer Prize 2022:
- Won by Bangladesh-born Fahmida Azim.
- She will be awarded under the category of Illustrated Reporting and Commentary.
- She is among the four journalists of Insider, selected for their work on the Chinese oppression of the Uyghurs.
- The work ‘I escaped a Chinese internment Camp’ has illustrations by her.
