National Action for Mechanised Sanitation Ecosystem
Central Sector Scheme
Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment
The scheme envisions sanitation workers’ safety and dignity in urban India by developing an enabling ecosystem that honours the sanitation workforce as major contributors to sanitation infrastructure operation and maintenance.
NAMASTE intends to identify Sewer/Septic Tank Workers with an emphasis on the informal workforce performing hazardous cleaning activities.

India’s 1st portal on Arrested Narco Offenders
Part of the Narcotics Coordination Mechanism (NCORD) portal, launched by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The portal provides a one-stop solution for all narcotics offender-related data and will help investigate agencies as an effective tool while probing narcotic cases.

The name of the bus is “Switch EiV 22”
Union Transport minister, Nitin Gadkari said 35 per cent of the pollution is because of diesel and petrol, and introducing these buses will reduce pollution.
